The RC-R1 reactor melt metering pump is a small displacement bottom pump from Ruicheng Pump Industry. The bottom pump is the first gear pump to be put into use in the polymer production process. When multi-component materials undergo chemical reactions to form polymers in the reaction vessel, they will enter the bottom pump installed at the bottom of the reaction vessel under the combined action of the material's own gravity and external air pressure. This type of pump requires a large vacuum environment to be formed during operation, in order to achieve traction and transportation of materials. Its product category code is R, which includes three series: R1, R2, and R3. In terms of structural design, a large suction flange is used, and the inlet and outlet channels are finely polished, resulting in a compact internal structure and reliable sealing performance. These design features ensure that the bottom pump can create a stable and reliable high negative pressure environment during operation, thereby achieving smooth and uniform material transportation.
